All those beautiful faces like rays of sunshine just lifted a dark and dismal day here in the UK. I feel so connected. Thank you.

A fine cast of characters! Thanks, Matthew – and all the Congress TV crew. (Like Myrna, I’d also like to know who did those tasty tunes!)

if i am not mistaking, the first song is by the artist Jose Gonzales. As for the second song it’s Blue Ridge Mountains by the fantastic band Fleet Foxes!

Love to you all, your nice comments warm our hearts!

    Dear Congress TV Team
Are you able to give us a glimpse into the classical concert that was held in Christchurch
    - with the beautiful singing of the choir. I missed this by a day and I would just LOVE to have
a look at it – Also – are there any DVDs of the concert for sale? Thanks again for a great job.

I didn’t come to congress because I don’t fly any more; I like to have a light conscience. I logged on in anticipation, to see what inspiring new approaches Subud has taken at our four-yearly meetings. But I’m dissappointed. There’s little information about what actually happened, no vision or strategies that I would expect from an international organisation. I see many faces of friends I’ve known for years, and I wonder, was that all the congress was, just a get together among friends?

We have such high intentions with our susila dharma wisdom, and repeating of Bapak’s sayings, yet through our materialistic belief in the need to travel we risk the lives of the very people we think we’re helping. Climate change is already affecting vulnerable nations, fellow humans, through drought, flood and famine. Hey, but you know all this, don’t you?!

At a time when many faith organisations and religions are putting two and two together, and through empathy with other humans and the natural world, are urging personal restraint for climate justice, it appears that Subud lacks deep global awareness and vision. Are we simply hell-bent on transendence?

    Dear Adrienne,

you will probably find more infos about what has been going on in meetings on websites like subud world news or susila dharma, plus alot of people have been updating blogs about congress. You will aslo find Ibu’s talks here http://www.subudlibrary.net/
Just keep in mind that you cannot expect to have all the informations wanted + coverage of events only on Congress TV website, check others!

    with love
